Dear Parents/Carers,

If your child has been offered a place at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Junior School to join us in Year 3 (or a different year group) in September we are looking forward to welcoming you and your child into our school community.

As you will see from our term dates, the autumn term begins for the children on Wednesday 4th September. Please bring your children to the main school entrance (opposite the church) and come into the school hall from 8.30am to begin at 8.45am on the first day.  After that, the children should be dropped at one of our 3 entrances from 8.30am.  They need to be in the playground by 8.45am when the bell will sound for the start of school. 

Thank you for returning your information/forms to the school office.  If you haven't yet done this, please take the time to complete all the information carefully and return it the the school office by Friday, July 19th.
