Dear Parents/Carers, 

If your child has been offered a place at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Junior School to join us in Year 3 (or a different year group) in September we are looking forward to welcoming you and your child into our school community. 

As you will see from our term dates, the autumn term begins for the children on Wednesday 2nd September. Please bring your children to the main school entrance (opposite the church) and come into the school hall from 8.30am to be dropped to their teacher in the hall on the first day.  After that, the children should be dropped at one of our 3 entrances from 8.30am. On arrival at 8.30am, the children proceed directly to their classrooms for a 'soft start'. Another bell will sound at 8.45am which will indicate the beginning of lessons for the school day.  

Thank you for returning your information/forms to the school office.  If you haven't yet done this, please take the time to complete all the information carefully and return it to the school office by Friday, July 17th.
